Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, at home workouts, meal planning tools and nutrition guidance all in a supportive environment!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. Join us for our next trainings beginning soon... just in time for those Fall Races!
