Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Strides 360® promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8 Week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and take care of you. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way. Our Fall session will run from 9/19/22 - 11/12/22. 3+ Body Boost HIIT classes are recommended each week during the session.

Take your run training to the next level with our guided 1/2 Marathon training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal or simply want the support and structure of a weekly running group, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn and run. Included in your training are tips for getting started and detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running. Our program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Run with your baby (we are a stroller friendly running group) or run with your mom tribe! You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. Choose one or both sessions to support your running needs this Spring!

Session 1 will train for the SONO 1/2 Marathon on 10/2/22.
